Don't forget to enter an Open Shoot this year - up and coming events were in the last QPN. February 10,11 & 12 Warwick Open. March 2, 3 & 4 - Metallic Silhouette Smallbore Australian National Championships at Toogoolawah. March 3 & 4 COB Non ISSF Open, March 10 & 11 COB ISSF Open. March 17 & 18 Tarawera Open. April 1 to 8 ISSF and PA Australian National Championships for ISSF and PA Events being held at Cessnock, NSW, Entry Form in the last PA Bulletin.

Vale Joan Yet Foy

It is with sadness that we have to advise of Joan's passing away, Saturday 28 January. Joan has been a member of QAPSA since 1975. For many years Joan has been our Administrator and in recent years our Referee Coordinator. She will be sadly missed around the ranges of Queensland and throughout Australia. Our thoughts are with all Joan's family.

NEW WEBSITE SOON

Our Website has had its day and is tired in more ways than one, so therefore we will have a new website up and running by February - keep a look out! Our new website will have news articles on the front, so if you have any great pictures and a story about your local club or club member please send it to us by email so we can share it with the world! 

State Teams to be announced shortly are:

ISSF and PA Teams along with Metallic Silhouette Small Bore Team. Queensland is the host of the Metallic Silhouette National Championships being conducted at the Toogoolawah Range at the beginning of March - great for spectators!

COMMITTMENT

Two Queenslanders, Cathy and Sam have just taken part in the National Performance Squad Training Camp held last week at the Belmont Complex. Qld Coaches involved in this Squad are Noel Ryan, Peter Heuke, Alex Kupke, Ben Sandstrom, Jim Olds & Peter Larsen . <
